The Team: This Team will work closely with Sales/Sales Operations, Legal, Customer Success Management, Enterprise Technology and the Finance team to drive best practices for athena’s Billing Operations. Employee(s) will be required to provide support on any other job-related assignments by authorized leadership.

Job Responsibilities
- Follow established procedures for processing receipts, relating to lockbox payments, check deposits, ACH/Wire payments, and Returns, etc.
- Work together with internal and external stakeholders for the improvements in cash application, as well as collections and credits processing. Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
- Monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
- Reconciliation of accounts
Typical Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
- Knowledge of accounts receivable
- Knowledge of office administration and procedures
- Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- 3-5 years accounts receivable and general accounting experience
