Job Description for Accounts Executive/Manager Profile:
Finance/Accounting :
• Maintain & update all Books of Accounts
• Check & update all Account Balances (with banks) on a daily basis & report to MD
• Invoice Preparation for completed projects in coordination with the BD team
• Payments /Cheques preparation & issue to Vendors & othet Project Associates
• Issuance of Purchase Orders to vendors as per requirement from BD team
• Accounting Updations using Tally software
• TDS Payments
• GST Payments
• Tax Returns
• Coordination with CA/Auditors for timely tax return filing
• Coordination with Banks for all banking requirements
• Maintance & Follow up of any Advance Payments done
• Periodical Updation of clientwise and overall outstanding list & periodical reminders to clients regarding any unpaid/due invoices
Office Administration:
• Bills Payments(Telephone , Electricity, Building Maintenance bills etc)
• Maintenance of Office Petty Cash Expenses
• Maintenance of Office Staff Attandance – Preparation of Attendance sheets & Salary sheet for all employees (using Biometric System)
• Office Boys attendance & monitoring
• Conveyence Preparation for Office boys
• General upkeep & maintenance of office premises & all utilities
Assistance to the Managing Director
• Maintain MD’s meeting/telecon schdedule & remind him as per the schedule
• Maintain his daily schedule of works & meetings
• Maintain his travel/tour schedule
• Travel & Hotel bookings – as & when required
• Cab booking & assistance during travel
• Maintenance of travel & hotel bills & invoicing the same as per the directions
Miscellaneous:
• Office Vehicle maintenance & Insurance payments
• Other assistance as requested by MD from time to time wrt any premium payments & his other accounts
• Document Filing – systematic filing of office documents
• Maintenance & updating the Contact list
