Job Description:
- Preparing monthly provisional profit & loss account and balance sheet.
- Working with business head to prepare budgets and track profit and loss for the year.
- Calculating VAT, TDS, SER TAX and making online payment and filing tax returns on quarterly basis or half yearly basis.
- Migration of previous taxes to GST.
- Updating accounting software as per Govt. taxes notification to ensure correct taxation are applied in Alif / IDS software.
- Daily distribution of A/R accounts with supporting Bills and Invoice the respective Guests.
- Making CHQ payment to vendors along with Ageing Analysis.
- Forecasting bank payment and anticipating to allow business units to operate effectively.
- Updating entries on system and review all ledgers to ensure proper posting is done, reconciling bank statements, credit card statement.
- Maintaining and transferring money between internal bank accounts as required.
- Verifying Account Asst. work such checking MIS report, reconcile cash report, signing on petty cash voucher etc.
- Effectively manage the accounting team through respectful communication and clear expectation
