Our Client, An Australian Company, is involved in Bookkeeping and maintaining accounts of small and medium scale businesses which are based in Australia.
The responsibilities are:-
Maintaining the general ledger and sub-ledger accounts of clients, and managing processes in relation to:
o Accounts payable
o Accounts receivable
o Bank reconciliations
o Fixed assets
o Inventory
o Payroll
o Sales / Point of Sale reconciliations
Preparing compliance reports, including Business Activity Statements (to report GST and payroll tax withheld liabilities)
Managing the record keeping for clients including scanning and otherwise entering and maintaining client records using various electronic and internet based record keeping tools
Reporting and contributing internally including
o Maintaining accurate records of time and activities performed for clients
o Preparing session notes and reports
o Utilizing job, cost and schedule management tool
o Participating in process and practice management and development activities and initiatives
Qualification: – B.Com / M.Com / CA / CA (Inter) / MBA (Fin.)
Experience: – 6 months plus
Salary Range: – Upto 4.2 LPA
