**JD**Job Description: Asset Servicing Announcement Capture team is responsible for announcingcorporate action events for all Global markets (96 active asset servicingmarkets). Primary SLA is to ensure all announcements are processed within 24hours of receipt and are sent out to the underlying clients / subscribers. BAU Management • Responsible for processing & validation of Income & Mandatory Corporateactions. • Operational management and control of the daily workflow within the AssetServices team • Maximize team capacity through effective resource planning and ensureteam structure is robust through effective training and succession planning • Ensure all daily controls and processing are completed and signed off • Ensure all key metrics are produced as required in given timelines • Continued review of content and presentation of Standard OperatingProcedures, in line with introduction of new policies and ongoing riskmanagement activities • Assist managers in daily governance & supervisory control implementation. Required Qualifications B Com/BBM/MBA with 3 -6 years of experience in asset servicing or investmentbanking domain is preferred
