Job Responsibilities
• 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure, operations and support.
• Experience in Exchange 2013/2016 and Exchange online.
• Strong knowledge of mail flow.
• Hand on experience in PowerShell.
• Cisco IronPort experience is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting skills on all type of client/server-side issues (Outlook and outlook for mobile).
• Good understanding of Exchange server patching.
• Strong knowledge on Database availability Group.
• Good knowledge on Exchange Hybrid setup.
• Working experience with Microsoft cloud platform and Office 365.
• Broad knowledge of Microsoft products, technologies, and its integration with Exchange OnPrem and Exchange online.
• Experience with Email archiving/retention solutions (Enterprise Vault) a plus
• Worked in Microsoft support environment.
• Ability to perform RCA for critical cases.
• Willing to work in 24/7 operations in the rotating shift.
• Diagnosis of incidents, problems and change implementation
• Cooperation and consulting with experts in other technical areas
• Participation in projects and transitions of new services
Job Qualifications
• Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/information Systems or equivalent 3+ years’ experience with Microsoft exchange 2013/2016 and exchange online
• Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting client and server issues related to MS exchange.
• Hands on experience with the following technologies & protocols:
• MS Active Directory & Exchange
• Keen interest in IT with a strong desire to continually learn the latest technologies
• Willingness and ability to learn new skills.
