Updating services, Management point, and Fall-back status point.
Deploying Fixes and Maintaining the Infrastructure as per Customer Standards – To build custom reporting for management.
Knowledge in Patch management, OS deployment, Software applications and Packaging deployment and troubleshooting
Expert in WSUS /SUP solution for Microsoft Security Patch Compliance.
SOP creation to enhance efficiency across the team on SCCM related activities.
Knowledge in SDK to write application programs.
Knowledge in PowerShell scripting.
Knowledge in customized report creation using SQL reporting services
Maintain Applications dev, UAT and PROD infrastructure.
Knowledge on Adaptive will be an added advantage.
