Analytics Lead HRO Job Location : B’lore Candidate Specification: 15 to 20 Years of Experience Relevant experience in HR BPS industry (across multiple verticals Manufacturing, CPG, FMCG, Retail , Energy & Resource) Expertise in business analysis, business process re-engineering, and process diagramming and documentation Experience in workflow-based logic and the ability to understand and document a business process and conceptualize it as an automated solution Experience in RPA technology; Automation Anywhere Enterprise or Blue Prism preferred Experience with Application Testing solutions; HP Quality Centre preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Outlook, Excel, Work, PowerPoint and Visio (Access and Project a plus) Strong critical thinking, creative problem-solving and analytical skills Time management and risk / issue management Comfortable with change and challenging the status quo Ability to learn new tools and other enterprise wide systems and solutions Strong leadership skills, interpersonal skills, as well as oral and written communication & presentation skills are required Role: Identifies opportunities in leveraging leading-edge Analytics platforms & technologies to support the TO-BE business processes and operating model Oversees and supports the development & implementation solutions in Analytics; in partnership with Shared Services provider counterparts Defines the governance components for the Analytics space Responsible for collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders in HRO business process improvements aimed at simplification and accelerating cost savings Responsible for collaborating with business teams and IT to deliver comprehensive business requirements for system solutions (e.g. RPA bot solutions) that enable process simplification and efficiency by eliminating work or reducing time. Accountable for writing test plans, test scripts, and executing tests to confirm the solution works as designed Responsible for working with new business teams to identify business process gaps and system solutions for effectively integrating new businesses into our global HR Module Master at using critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and identify improvement opportunities
