Domain experience Have Strong Finance and Accounting knowledge Responsible for ensuring that appropriate controls and processes are in place to enable accurate on End to End process that covers PTP,OTC, RTR and FP&A processes as per contract management Ensure appropriate interpretation, implementation and ongoing affirmation of accounting standards and policies of the firm Provide timely, action oriented analysis and advice, supporting the business in making sound decisions and act as trusted, independent partner of the business Significant strategic and global impact around operational effectiveness, process improvement and people management Governance of delivery for 150+ FTE’s Support Sox and other Audit and risk assessments Experience of Years 15+ years with Masters/ Chartered / Cost accountant or MBA or accounting professional degrees Provide leadership and people management along: sourcing, on-boarding, development, retention and succession planning Ensure successful Transition and stabilization of process per stated timeline Define and manage the workforce plan
