• Recruitment and managing Dealer Relationship Managers (Sales Executives)
• Meet Sales Targets
• Responsible for preparing sales MIS and conducting regular sales reviews
• Dealer Impalement
• Dealer Penetration
• Increasing the sales by implementing new activities inside and outside showroom
• New Region expansion
• Ensure the Operation process Flow
• Daily sunrise meeting with the sales team and back office staff to collect daily targets
• Responsible for collection of Original documents through Dealer Relationship Managers and ensure repayment of loans for the first 6 months.

Salary- Rs. 17000-20000/- P.M.+Sales Incentives

Experience-
Min 3 Yrs in Two wheeler Finance Industry (Min 1 Year Team Handling Experience)
