Must Have Requisites:

• 5 years of experience and solid knowledge of:
• Any Identity Manager: Oracle Identity Manager, Sun IDM (Oracle Waveset), etc
• Any Single Sign On Solution: Oracle Access Manager
• Directory servers: Sun DS, ODIEE
• Application/Web Server: Websphere, Jboss, Weblogic, Tomcat
• Languages: Java, .Net, Xpress
• Web Technologies : HTML, XML
• Operating Systems: Windows 2003/2008/2012, Unix, Solaris
• Tools: VMware Workstation, LDAP Browser, SQL Developer
• Oracle Database : 10g/11g, MS-SQL Server 2005/2008
Good to Have Requisites:

• Solid written and verbal communication
• Effective at presenting information to different audiences at the correct level of detail (i.e., from engineering teams to executive management)
• Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously
• Capable of solving complex problems
• Capable of defining strategic and tactical solutions, and knowing when each applies
• Capable of supporting sales processes as relates to proof of concepts, demo’s, proposal development
