Job Description

Job Description:

Responsible for design & development of vehicle harness
Creation of Electrical Schematics in CAPH tool.
Wiring harness 3D routing by using UG NX.
Preparation of 2D drawing of harness.
Interface with electrical component and chassis design team to confirm and modify wiring harness to meet the final requirements.
Interaction with suppliers & vendors to meet the efficiency, cost, weight, manufacturability and serviceability.

Job Requirements:

Proto type building & proving concept design with tight timing constraints.
Preparation of DFMEA & review of PFMEA with vendor.
Costing of harness.
Benchmarking and generation of ideas for better performance, quality, cost, weight.
Ability to solve novel, difficult design problems with tight timing constraints
