QUALIFICATION: BCOM/MCOM/INTER CA/INTER ICWA
4YRS+ EXP IN MANUFACTURING COMPANY ACCOUNTS

JOB DESCRIPTION

Preparation of Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet along with related cash flow statement Also attending the statutory and internal auditors.
Managing International Accounts of our Subsidiary company
Transition, Implementation and complete management of new software for its Project located
Cash flow Statement/ Yearly , Monthly & weekly Budget / Knowledge of Forex account.
Day to day Fund flow management.
Approvals of Stock Statement, Quarterly and Half Yearly Statements.
Liaison with the Banks for Renewal and enhancement of the Limit along with the documentation.
Approval of Cash and Bank payments.
Taxation & Compliances
return Filing of GST/TDS /income tax
Approval of payroll and all statutory dues of P.F., E.S.I.C. , P.Tax .
Should have Sound Knowledge of Taxation & Compliances
Should have exposure to Transfer Pricing , Export and Import accounting
Mandatory areas exposure required
Experience working in Manufacturing company
Export accounting
Independently handling Taxation & Compliance
Independently handling Finalisation of Balancesheet
