JOB DESCRIPTION : – Associate & SR.Associate
General Ledger (R2R) :
1. Excellent Communication skills
2. Willing to work for shifts (US & Australia Shift)
3. Candidates should have worked upto finalization of accounts or assisted in finalization
4. Experience in BPO or KPO Industry for General Ledger/Accounts is Compulsory. Non- BPO are also welcomed
Accounts Payable –
1. Willing to work in shifts (US & Australia Shift)
2. Vendor Payment
3. PO & Non PO
4. SAP/Oracle
Accounts Receivable –
1. Excellent AR knowledge
2. O2C knowledge/Cash application
3. Knowledge of Billing/ Customer Payment Processing
4. Good Communication skills
5. Willing to work in shifts (US & Australia Shift)
Collections :
1. Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts Investigate historical data for each debt or bill
2. Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments
3. Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
4. Knowledge of Billing/ Customer Payment Processing
5. Willing to work in rotational shifts (US & Australia Shift)
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
-Graduate/Postgraduate with minimum 1 year experience in accounts. Also freshers are welcome
-B.Com & BAF passout candidates are eligible to apply
