JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Own and actively manage an expansive project portfolio and stack ranking process for business team/s
• Create and maintain a benchmark of vital metrics, capacity planning, incident management, client and partner SLAs.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation for projects across the teams
• Final level for incident escalations; owns the RCA and postmortem process
• Identify and own the teams overall Portfolio, Project, and Process Management KPIs

SKILL REQUIRED:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills along with listening skills to understand client concerns and issues
• Ready to work in 24/7 shifts for live monitoring
• Configuration and Installation of firewall, routers, switches and other network equipments
• Sound knowledge of Routing protocols, Wireless Controllers, Access points and terminologies
• Good knowledge of Operating systems, databases, software engineering and wireless technologies
• Remote fixing network edge devices, configure new servers and perform upgrades to hardware & software
• Diagnosing network problems, Accessing customer networking issues and providing effective and timely resolutions
• Experience in service SLA definition and management for globally available products and services
• CCNA/MCSE/ACHNP certification is a MUST

Shift :- 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST
