Integrated Media Specialist
Job Description
Develops and implements overall media strategy for the country. Role demands understanding of audience, developed a customized media plans (online& offline) and deliver a seamless user landing experience. Strong foundation of new media along with familiarity of search optimization (paid and natural search), affiliated marketing, social media, content partnerships to drive traffic and generate brand preference. Comfort with managing large agency teams, familiarity with measuring program effectiveness and using findings for optimization of all programs. Works with campaign marketing team to maximize existing marketing initiatives and develop new ones.Creative mind-set and to drive media innovations. Specialist will also handle the country’s social leadership charter & overall media charter
Required Candidate profile
Qualifications
Should have both traditional and Online media planning experience
Consumer marketing background will be a bonus
Atleast 10 years of overall experience
Penchant for innovation, experimenting through media innovations.
Need for a keen a creative eye.
B- school degree & background of having multiple brands will be good.
