I am a professional recruiter and currently in hunt for a very senior role to hire for one of my prestigious client and one of the top name in the industry for India location.
(Role & Responsibility) :
Strategy, Planning and Management:
-Assess and evaluate financial performance of organization with regards to long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts.
-Provide insight and recommendations to both short-term and long-term growth plan of organization.
Financial Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting:
-Financial strategies, analysis, forecasting and Budget management.
-Oversee Fund raising (debt), overseas working capital management, project financing, Risk Management, balance sheet reconciliation & substantiation in a complex matrix environment.
Accounting, Business Finance and Operations:
-Oversee daily operations of the finance and accounting department.
-Oversee Business Finance – Pricing and Costing.
-Oversee all aspects of accounting operations such as receivables, payables, payroll and financial reporting.
Knowledge and experience –
-Experienced in handling Global geographies like US, APAC and EMEA.
-Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, Financial risk management, Project evaluation & Financing, Performance analysis and review.
-Outstanding knowledge and understanding of GAAP, IFRS, SOX compliance and SEC reporting.
