Designation : Receptionist
Job Description :
• Answer multi-line phones and either direct the caller to the appropriate concern
(routing calls) or handle the caller’s needs yourself.
• Greet patients upon arrival.
• Process payments from patients
• Schedule appointments for new and recurring patients based on Consultants availability.
• Maintain hard copy patient records as well as the files stored in our EHR.
• Provide patients with support and guidance as needed
• Book-keeping.
• Calling patients to remind them of appointments
• Handling billing.
• Making transactions.
• Keeping paperwork organized.
• Maintaining Excel sheets on daily basis which includes basic tally (Preparing Financial
reports).
• Qualification: SC passed.
• Experience: 1-2 years.
• Skills: Strong technical receptionist skills.
Ability to work independently.

A good organizer

Outstanding interpersonal skills
Shift timings: 08 AM to 04 PM
02 PM to 10 PM
Job Location : Ghatkopar
Salary : 22k
