Job Description:
• Able to perform different work at one time
• Maintains operations database
• Receives calls from vendors, responds as appropriate and/or refers to supervisor or other area as needed..
• Inventory Management
• Making Quotation, Invoice, Challan & Performa Invoice etc
• Quotation Follow up, Payment Follow up
Desired Candidate Profile:-

• Must have basic knowledge of computer.
• Must be graduate or post graduate in any field.
• Well known to MS word, MS-excel and processing of computer.
• Preferably Knowledge of Computer operating systems.
• Ability to Operate and monitor multiple computer systems and peripheral devices concurrently
• Ability to plan and schedule work priorities to meet deadlines and emergencies.
• Flexibility with time to work extra hours when requires
• Ability work in a team with high people orientation is must
• Must have excellent oral & written communication skills in English
• Good Negotiation skills & Soft skills to handle all types of clients over phone
• Fresher with good communication skills are preferred.

Location – Gurgaon

Salary – 15-18K
