8. Payment process for Telephone & Mobile, News Paper, Milk and other service providers
9. Monitoring Services of Security, Transport, Food, Housekeeping
Sales Coordination
1. Preparing Sales offers to customers
2. Prepare Purchase orders – to Customers
3. Preparing Internal sales order to production
4. Coordination for Marketing – Bus/Rail/Know About Us/Airport Transfer & its Catalogues
5. Updating action plan – Projects
6. Updating action plan customer wise
7. Preparing PPT’s for Hubner days/IDT Meetings/Sales related events/present market demand
8. Support for Vendor and Tender approval documents preparations
Human Resources
1. Coordination with Manpower consultants on recruitments
2. Prepare Offer letters, appointment letter & all Joining formalities for new Joiners
3. Coordination with Legal office for employee & commercial agreements
4. Coordinating for Bank Accounts opening/PPF/EPF
5. Maintain employees leave, Attendance and on duty intimation records of all employees
6. Coordination for Medical insurance and business, Identity cards for employees
7. Handling employee grievances
8. Planning and organizing training and development for all employees
9. Circulating Pay slips to all employees
10. Maintaining of employees personal files/ records
11. Knowledge of statutory compliance
12. Co-ordination for exit interview & Final settlement
