Job Description:
1)To Greet visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or staff member.
2)Provide refreshments for visitors, clients.
3)Maintaining visitors records.
4)To maintain the daily incoming call records and convey the message or transfer the call to the concerned department..
5)Handling inward & outward courier management.
6)To maintain OD records when the employees are on out duty for office or personal work during office time.
7)To keep records of materials which come inside and which goes outside from organisation.
8)To maintain the records of employees who travel by office bus.
9)To book online courier and keep tracking on daily basis of outgoing couriers.
10)To handover the incoming couriers to the admin department.
11)To maintain the interview records in excel sheet.
12)To give special attention to the directors visitors and greet them well.
13)Keeping the waiting area, conference & discussion room tidy.
14)To maintain daily reports and forward it to the concerned person.
