Jon Profile:
Maintain day to day books of Accounts in Tally
Maintain Bank Reconciliation Statements and Reconciliation of all Debtors & Creditors.
Payment of TDS & Filing of E-TDS Returns Quarterly
Payment & Filing of any other Statutory Payments (PF, Profession Tax etc. )
Enter posting of purchase, sales, payment, receipt collection, expense & journal vouchers.
Maintain cash transactions & petty cash book
Day to day cash & bank transactions, online payments (Staff Salary & other expenses)
Manage vendor accounts, preparation of cheques, online payments
Debtors collection & followup
Finalization of Balance-sheet & P&L Account
