Job Description:
Candidate should be presentable, smart and good looking with fluent communication skills.
Works within the allocated budget for the front office.
Attending calls and transferring them to the Concerned Departments [Local, ISD&STD]Handling EPABX System and coordinating with Visitors and guiding them to concern address
Stationery management, Maintaining Stock (Inward / Outward)
Handling Inward/ Outward Couriers etc.
Handling Front office.
Maintain Daily, Weekly and Monthly Task Report.
Maintain all Documents and file works for Admin.
Attending Visitors and maintaining their records.
Directing persons to correct destination.
General administrative and clerical support.
Preparing letters and documents.
Receiving and sorting mail and deliveries.
Must be conversant with MS Office Suite
Must have Good Communication Skills
Coordinate to Admin & HR Dept.
