Job Description:

Thorough knowledge of Company Accounts, Finance & Taxation

Responsible compliance of internal, statutory, cost audits, GST
Responsible for timely completion of Finalization & Balance sheet sign
Should be well versed and working experience of Day to day Banking
Should be well versed and working experience of Day to day Banking
Responsible for MIS & compliance reporting to Directors.
Aware of all requirements & ensure all compliances as per laws
Should be able to guide team & take the work from them efficiently
Should have good Liasioning skills for Banks, Auditors, Consultants
Should have thorough working knowledge of FI & CO modules of SAP
Required to oversea Individual accounts & Trust Accounts
Should co-ordinate with Tax Consultants
Should co-ordinate with Finance Consultants
Responsible for Accounts & Finance of entire Group
Experience of Independently heading of Accounts Functions

Should be able to handle team of about 8 staff effectively.
