Roles and Responsibility

1. Lead a state level operation and support the core team based out of Delhi in:

  • Documenting best practices cases in technology frameworks/tools used for improving public financial management in India or internationally working alongside the central technology team (based out of Delhi)
  • Facilitating process documentation for the existing Public Financial Management (PFM) systems in the select state(s) (end-to-end) from allocation to expenditure reporting for select program/schemes/ department alongsige the Process consultant/ PFM expert
  • Preparing a to-be-scenario based on inputs received from the gap analysis study conducted by the Process consultant/ PFM expert
  • Responsible for advising the states on digital tool implementation and integration during the pilot implementation
  • Facilitate or conduct of a hackhathon alongside Associate Partner or any other person deputed by him/her
  • Collaborating with various government departments, regulators, technology solutions providers, private sector partners, international organizations and governments
  • Hosting delegations from governments and planning exposure visits alongside clients and organization team

2. Support GSI team in business development

  • Writing/reviewing proposals and pitches
  • Preparing related collaterals including case studies

3. Support GSI team in planning and executing assignments with Government
4. Training and capacity building of team members in Organization
5. Publish blogs, articles to promote Organization s work in national and international media
6. Participate in relevant events, conferences to represent Organization
Required Candidate profile
Candidate Requirement:

Academic/ professional qualifications:

  • B-Tech (Computer Science)/ B-Tech (information Systems)/ M-Tech/BE (computer science)/ MCA/ MBA (IT), any other relevant qualification
  • Other relevant professional qualifications in line with areas of specialization

Essential Experience

  • 8-12 years’ experience in working with a big four consulting firm/ strategy consulting firm/ technology consulting firm/ software or IT solutions firm.
  • Experience of working on State level PFMS (Public Financial Management System) or similar ICT systems within finance department is a must
  • Experience of ICT in government systems/schemes and large transformation programs with government/ multi-lateral/ bilateral agency,etc.

Salary: INR 13,00,000 – 20,00,000 PA.
