Roles and Responsibilities:-

.Handling the work of HR & Administration support;

· Micro managing and supervising Admin and Front Desk operations including supervising office boys/peons;

· To conduct Employee engagement activities;

· Processing salaries and pay rolls;

· Establish and carry out evaluation/appraisal of staff members;

· Update the Rules & Regulations in a timely manner according to the changes, maintain files related to the HR department;

· Keep an accurate demographic as well as official record of the employees;

· To conduct Exit interviews and to work out Full & Final settlement of the employees;

Required Skills:-

· 1-2 yrs of experience in HR (it would be preferred if the experience is in a law firm)

· MS Excel

· Good communication skills and fluency in English language

Salary: negotiable till 40,000 per month

Notice Period: Can join immediately

Timings: 10 am to 8 pm

Education: MBA in HR or PGDM in HR
