Role & Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities of the role are as follows:

• Handling customer queries

• Provide information about services

• To convert all enquiries into appointments

• To schedule Appointments

• Follow up with Missed Appointments

• Cold Calling the Database to maximize capacity utilization

Responsibilities and Duties

• Minimum 6 months Call Center Experience.

• Good Communication Skills and English should be Fluent.

Outbound sales or lead generation experience is must.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 to ₹30,000.00 /month
