Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.

Assist in recruitment for various open positions in the company through online portals

Develops a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.

Establishing contacts with candidates and scheduling interviews.

Follow up with candidates whenever any interviews scheduled

Mass Mailing – keeping a track of all the delivered and undelivered emails.

Retrieving information from documents and files.

Filing of Documents & Data Entry.

Must exhibit proficiency with basic computer skills and MS Office.

Should possess good typing speed and accuracy.

Scan documents and print files, when needed

Updating daily records in the system.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
