CG Police Constable 2023 Selection Process

Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Driver and Trade
The PET is just a qualifying test for the posts of Driver and Trade and does not contain any marks. It includes race in meters and is different for male and female candidates. Distance to qualify for these posts is given below:

Physical Efficiency Test (PET): GD Constable
For the post of GD Constable, candidates have to pass some criteria such as PMT, PET and Documentation. All the three tests combined and a maximum of 100 marks can be awarded as per the performance. The test included long jump, high jump, shot put, 100 meter and 800 meter race.
Note: National and international level sports persons will be provided 5 marks as a bonus respectively. If the same candidate has played national and international both, then maximum 10 marks will be provided.
Trade Test: The Trade test for each post will be of 25 marks and will depend on the post a candidate chooses.
