Controlling the staff, give them proper instruction for Admission Related Activity

1) Provide study information, admission requirements and visa process.
2) Do profile assessment of interested students and give course options by short listing Universities matching their profile.
3) Communicate with target audience and manage the customer relationship.
4) Effective & regular follow-up with students using different channel of communication.
5) Guide students through resolving queries on quick and urgent basis.
6) Responsible for maintaining and updating student database on regular basis.
Good Communication Skill, Fluent in English, Graduate
