The selection process of IB JIO Recruitment 2023 is explained below.

IB JIO Exam Pattern 2023
The online exam for IB JIO Recruitment 2023 includes:
- 100 MCQs based on General Mental Ability (25%), and a combination of subjects as per essential qualifications (75%).
- There will be a negative marking of 1/4th.
- The cutoff marks (out of 100) in the Tier-1 exam would be UR-35, OBC-34, SC/ST-33, and EWS-35.
- Based on the candidate’s performance in Tier 1, candidates will be shortlisted for the Skill Test and Personal Interview.
