BARC Salary 2023: Induction Training
Selected candidates will be given two years of induction training at various DAE units set up across the country. Trainees will be considered for absorption in the following grade upon successful completion of training based on their performance during the training period and an interview to be held at the end of the training.

BARC Salary 2023: Bond
- Selected candidates will be required to undertake a bond to finish the training and serve constituent 21 Units of DAE for three years following absorption.
- A trainee who fails to finish the training or/and serves the Department for three years after absorption will be required to pay the Government a sum equal to the aggregate amount of stipend and book allowance received by him/her throughout the training term, plus interest.
