The principal role of the hired candidate as a Robotics Process Automation Developer would be to provide support to RPA Applications would be to lead the team providing support to RPA Applications including coding and testing of existing/new processes using the chosen Dev platform.
Candidate should have fair exposure on RPA infrastructure setup, configuration, Operational processes to support and maintain live processes. Candidate needs to be able to minimize the adverse impact of incidents and problems on the business processes and prevent reoccurrence

What is in it for you
- Work on multiple Tools and Technologies including but not limited to BluePrism and also work on automated processes using AI, ML, Machine Vision (OCR) etc.
- Interact with Business/Operation teams across the globe to support the automated processes
- Participates in Root Cause Analysis to determine cause of recurring incidents and provide effective solutions for permanent fixes.
- Work independently with minimal guidance and supervision.
We will count on you to:
- With minimal supervision, analyze and debug Automated processes
- Code and Test Automated processes including changes to existing processes/develop new processes
- Assist the RPA Lead developer and Manager in creating deployment handover documents
- Maintain RPA infrastructure and keep tune and running with minimizing downtime.
- Provide low level /effort estimation
- Keep track of all open technical debts and ensure they get fixed at appropriate time
- Participation in Root cause analysis and resolutions
- Involve in business requirements discussions with business
- Help in establishing best practices for Code reviews, solution design, RPA infra setup etc.
- Provide quick resolution to production issues
- Contributes to process improvements and provide and implement innovative ideas to improve utilization of BOTs
- Raise appropriate flags at the right time for technical challenges/roadblocks
- Stay up to date with industry standard best practices/techniques and other prevalent tools related to RPA and bring in changes as per trend
- Help carry out POCs, technical feasibilities against new trends/features: like integration of RPA with ML, NLP and OCRs
- Open to Flexible working hours to overlap with US/UK/ANZ teams.
What you need to have:
- MCA or Engineering Graduate
- Minimum 3 years IT experience with atleast 2 years in RPA
- Experience of developing/supporting at least 10 processes on BluePrism
- Complete hands-on using BluePrism.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in other RPA Tools(Uipath, Automation Anywhere etc.) along with UiPath would be given preference
- Experience of working with all types of business applications – Web, Windows, Mainframe, Java, etc.,
- Experience of all automation/spying modes including Surface automation
- Knowledge of some of the project tools like – MS Excel, Jira, SharePoint
