- Perform Business Risk Management role and responsibilities in line with the Incident Capture and Management System (ICAMS) Policy
- Ensure that the Business Control Reviewer activities is in line with the set guidelines with consistency, and efficiency
- Review operational incidents and ensure timely escalation and closure of the incidents.
- Ensure reporting requirements are met with accuracy and timeliness.
- Challenge the status quo with focus on value add activities and improved process and solutions
- Establish strong relationships with other Business Risk Management teams (e.g. Reporting, Issues Management, Governance, Hub management),Business Units and JV BRM Teams.
- Review/identify incident trends and themes across the organization.
- Create analytical reports and presentations as required, highlighting trends and identifying potential issues
- Identify improvement opportunities to bring in efficiency in the Incident Management process
- Point of contact for internal clients and Joint Venture BRM team providing incident management advisory service
- Exhibit behavior that motivates and supports people to achieve higher performance. Be a strong Team player
