Strategic Goals & Deliverables:
Subject Matter Expert
Ensure compliance with processes, procedures, Risk Control Matrices and SLAs
Resolution of issues with expenses/invoices
Preparing reconciliations
Preparing payment files
Journal creation, journal entry and uploads
Query Management
Continuous improvement for delivering against SLA and process
Audit Support
AP reports and dashboard preparation
Blackline reconciliation
Testing and support of new developments across the systems & process changes
Training new hires
RCA on errors
Primary Competencies:
5+ years experience
Good communication skills – Verbal & Written
Analytical and logical approach to problem solving
Basic MS-Office skills
Prior experience in AP or in a similar SSC Finance environment will be an added advantage
