This is a T&E (Travel and Expense) Office Management role at global grade 14, reporting to the Global Travel Services Delivery Lead and will be located in Bangalore. You will be responsible for support of the global T&E management team in the coordination of core activities, including team calendar management, event management, organization of internal and external meetings. Responsible for T&E internal user access management as well as maintenance of all team documents.Your responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to the agreed upon T&E meeting cadence.
  • Organize and facilitate internal status update meetings.
  • Manage and maintain the T&E team space and ensure the validity of all resources therein.
  • Support the T&E core team in the organization of and preparation for various internal and external meetings and events, such as team workshops, internal training sessions, employee appreciation events and others.
  • Manage internal user access management and distribution lists for the T&E organization.
  • Purchase requisition/purchase order support.
  • Support the IS department with internal and external organization.

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong customer focus, organizational, time management skills.
  • Cultural sensitivity to work with a globally distributed teams.
  • Proficient in business English.
  • Excellent user knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills.
