Work you’ll do
We are looking for a Hybris BA to join our team of bright thinkers and doers. Looking for a candidate to join a team involved in solving challenging problems in the ecommerce domain. We are seeking candidates having experience working with Hybris-based implementations.
Preferred skills

  • 3-5 years Industry experience in Retail, CFG domain.
  • Business Analyst who has worked in 2-3 SAP Hybris commerce, C4C implementation end to end.
  • Business Analyst requires experienced IT professionals to act as a strong linkage between the business users and the software development team.
  • A business Analyst is required to gather software requirements/business rules and ensure alignment with the development team. The stakeholder requirements are required to be converted into tangible deliverables like Technical Specifications, Use-cases, User Stories, Workflow / Process
  • Gather Business and Technical Environments to understand the scope of the applications. Work in a team and collaborative environment
  • Good documentation skills and follow up on web-based applications.-
  • Who is able to articulate the business requirements and business process via presentation
  • Candidate should have performed role of scrum master
  • Candidate must have
  • Should played the role as part of Development scrum team and not as a QA/ testing team
  • Business Analyst with excellent written and communication skills to interact with the business end-users to drive out business processes and requirements.-
  • Experience in developing Key Project Documentation, such as Business Requirement Documents (approved and signed off by the Business Team) and Technical Requirements.
  • Document Product Backlog, BRD, Use Case documentation, Screen Mock-ups, Handbooks, etc.
  • Collaborate with technical resources to provide solutions that are aligned with and support the business objectives.
  • Understand and incorporate industry best practices, standards and methodologies as project artifacts for design, development and documentation.
  • Broad knowledge and passion for digital technology, including web-based products and services, mobile devices and apps, and social
  • Person should have excellent presentation and communication skill

Qualifications
Developer – 3 – 5 years of experience
Professional Qualification – B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS
Good verbal and written communication skills
