SALESFORCE MARKETING CLOUD DEVELOPER

Work You’ll Do

  • As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, you will be playing a key role to deliver complex projects from strategy, design and configuration through integration, testing and deployment
  • The projects that you will be involved would allow you the opportunity to work with some of the most in-demand and newest features of SFMC such as, Interaction Studio, Datorama, Audience Studio, etc.
  • You will integrate and learn from talented colleagues who have focused around core domains
  • Our move towards integrated solutions demands that everyone adopt a growth mindset and invest in expanding their understanding of what we bring to the marketplace
  • Develop and maintain certifications and trainings with salesforce as new technologies and upgrades are released

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

  • Proven background in hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration as well as Studios, Builders and landing pages
  • Experience of designing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to meet business requirements including segmentation, campaign design and marketing journeys
  • Comfortable creating and managing data sets and data extensions within SFMC to power email campaigns, journeys and personalized content
  • Experience configuring marketing cloud products, eg Email Studio, Interaction Studio, Mobile Studio, Social Studio, Advertising Studio, Web Studio, Analytics Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Audience Builder,Datorama
  • HTML & Database knowledge will help to assist issues with email template fixes and segmentation builds
  • tSQL, SSJS & AmpScript knowledge
  • Experience in execution of Email and SMS Marketing campaigns
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud would be advantageous
  • Declarative customization including the creation of Flow, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Workflow rules, Reports and Dashboards
  • Comprehension of SFDC Data Model and Management using tools like DataLoader and SOQL
  • Understanding of Salesforce Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules
  • Understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices
  • Knowledge of web services development using rest API, SOAP services, etc. to build custom Inbound/Outbound integrations on Salesforce platform
  • SFMC Certification required

  • Proven ability to work creatively in a problem-solving environment
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment
  • Great communicator, capable of articulating and collaborating confidently with various departments
  • Experience in Agile/ Scrum will be a bonus point.
