The Associate Adobe LiveCycle Designer to be based at Bangalore, India. This position will provide forms analysis, design and development, documentation, testing, and technical support using Adobe products and possibly ServiceNow tool in the near future.

The Associate Adobe LiveCycle Designer to be based at Bangalore, India. This position will provide forms analysis, design and development, documentation, testing, and technical support using Adobe products and possibly ServiceNow tool in the near future.
Responsibilities are, but not limited to below:
- Designs and maintains dynamic electronic forms utilizing advanced scripting techniques and workflow processes
- Develops or customizes workflow applications to streamline business partner processes
- Consults with process owners or process teams to analyze requirements and makes recommendations that utilize capabilities of development software and reduce manual processing
- Utilizes configuration management tools, design tools, debugging tools, and any other environment specific tools necessary to create, test, and implement an application
- Integrates workflow processes with various data sources
- Shares knowledge with peers and recommends changes to common tools
- Develops Information Management Designer training materials
- Delivers end-user training and Forms website content, as required
- Provides mentoring and guidance to junior peers
- Supports the integration with associated Information Management lifecycle functions, business process architecture and Enterprise information system architecture
- Develops and configures business process automations per low level design and technical design documentation to meet defined requirements. Comply with and help to enforce design and coding standards, policies, and procedures. Ensure quality of coded components by performing thorough testing.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with4 years or more of related work experience
- Experience developing forms with Adobe and MS Word
- Experience with different programming languages/software
- Experience in scripting and workflow processes
- Experience with client side/server side programming
- Experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements
- Ability to set priorities, work independently and in a team, and communicate clearly
- Ability to work in team environment and interfacing skills
- General understanding of UX/UI standards
- Experience with process design/optimization
- Understanding of workflow based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Adobe products, in particular Adobe LiveCycle, Adobe Workbench software. and an understanding of workflow development is a plus
- Analysis, design & development of eForms (Adobe Livecycle/Adobe Acrobat/AEM) based applications
- Experience with Web Services, XML, Adobe LiveCycle, SQL, and Javascript
- Experience with ServiceNow software
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, articulate, speaks and writes English well
- Self-starter, comfortable working in a busy and dynamic environment with competing priorities
- Knows how to prioritize requests effectively and efficiently and work with a sense of urgency
- Experience delivering solutions based on consistent processes and policies
- Broad understanding of applications utilized within the Boeing Enterprise
