- Experience on IBMS Project execution, Min. 2 Certifications in Lenel, S2, C Cure, Edwards, Genetec, Exacqvision, Milestone, Axis, PMP
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute the project within the project schedule
- Ensure the installation quality, site safety, ethics & statutory compliance as per Chubb India requirement
- Manage the onsite activities and successful implementation of the project
- Ensure the Installation as per the approved design
- Collaborate with subcontractors, site supervisors, consultants, and key team members of the project team
- Coordinate for onsite material receipt, inspection, certification of invoices with customer and suppliers
- Installation reports, Measurement certification
- Monitor and track the daily work progress and timely escalate the internal and external project dependencies
- Keep all stakeholders updated of the project progress & dependencies
- Prepare & circulate project reports in regular intervals (daily/weekly), track the project status towards schedule completion
- Prepare commissioning plan in accordance with project guidelines and coordinate with commissioning team for implementation and completion
- Prepare and maintain commission records of site observations, testing processes and checklists.
- Coordinate for system testing, demo & training to customer on completed system for effective operation & maintenance
- Attain customer satisfaction/feedback 3 times during the project implementation period
Technical, soft skills required
- Practical knowledge on BMS, ACS, CCTV, FAS, PAS, Physical Security
- MS Project planning
- Work experience on SAP platform for projects function
- MS Excel & Power point
- Customer facing & internal team communication skills
- Good verbal & non-verbal communication skills, effective coordination with internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution of the project
