Position based in DelhiWhat You’ll Do

  • Responsible to handle Capital India local accounting in the general ledger, making related journal entries
  • Managing local accounting month end close process
  • GL / Debtor aging reconciliations
  • Responsible for reviewing month end accounting reports and financial results.
  • Financial statement preparation and finalisation, collaborating closely with statutory auditors
  • Prepare RBI filing reports
  • Responsible to provide onsite / offsite audit support, assisting through the finalisation of accounts.
  • Responsible to provide support for corporate income tax finalisation
  • Responsible to run periodic VAT / GST and other local stat filings
  • Support other Capital APJC legal entities audit support and local stat filing on an ad hoc basis

Who You Are
Qualifications ‒ Commerce Graduate/CA/MBA

  • 2-proven experience in the field of accounting, auditing, VAT /GST filing etc.
  • Good communication (written and verbal) and analytical skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
  • Well-versed with accounting systems such as Oracle or similar general ledger software.
  • Ability to work under pressure. Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Candidate having financing/NBFC/RBI filing experience will be preferred.
