Key responsibilities
-Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members across Maersk locations. Ensuring all local compliances.
-Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
-Drive Admin Cost saving initiative for IBS Area.
-Collaboration with CREM, HSE, Other BU’s for space optimization, colocation.
-Effective vendor management and make sure no GST loss on Admin vendor.
-Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
-Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses.
-Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
-Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
-Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
We are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
.Minimum 10years experience as an Administrative manager
-Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
.Possess strong leadership and knowledge of MS office.
.Have the ability to work under pressure – stringent deadlines Ability to work well in teams.
.Should be able to drive projects / process improvements and have a cost mindset.
