The presentation designer will produce creative and compelling materials for our internal and external clients. The position requires an advanced graphic skillset with the ability to efficiently and accurately create cost-effective products (pitchbooks, proposals, financial statements, brochures, infographics, complex presentation covers) utilizing Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite. A qualified candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment and have the ability to build strong relationships with clients, our global team and internal support groups. Excellent communication skills and adaptability are integral attributes to have a successful tenure in our department and company. Responsibilities

2. Intake of presentation and graphic design requests ensuring quality, timeliness and overall client satisfaction
3. Create, produce, edit, and annotate graphic designs, multimedia files and documents in accordance with specifications, using a variety of high-end graphics applications
4. Manage and prioritize multiple deadlines, functioning independently with limited work direction
5. Ensure JPMorgan Chase’s brand integrity while meeting our internal clients need for creative, professional, high-quality and cost-effective graphic materials
6. Create/edit/modify materials and become an expert in the Microsoft Office suite
7. Receive feedback and apply this to continuous improvements in quality output, develop capabilities for innovation and service excellence
8. Develop knowledge of deal process and banker roles in the interest of improving understanding of document requirements and of providing customer service excellence
9. Understand quality and timeliness performance metrics, within the context of continuous improvement of quality and service. Maintain a consistently high level of job accuracy and efficiency
10. Maintain performance within established team procedures and policies, including adherence to the team’s attendance and lateness policy, submission of time worked through the appropriate tool before the given deadlines, and following print security and physical access procedures

Education
Graphic design and/or Corporate Communications preferred Requirements

2. Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite-InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop a must
3. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
4. Positive attitude, professional, diplomatic and approachable by teammates
5. 4-6 years professional experience in presentation design support at a corporate level
6. Experience and understanding in design concepts, visual communication and infographic storytelling
7. Flexibility and attention to detail
8. Strong Adobe After Effects skills, ideally with demonstrable experience in motion graphics
9. Strong Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills. As our illustrator, you will use your skills in drawing, color, composition, and storytelling to create engaging images that enliven product descriptions, technical data.
10. Strong creative thinking, exhibiting a range or varied styles and techniques
11. Ability to create high quality content from a loose or constrained brief with short deadlines
12. Communicating with clients, where applicable, regarding the production and delivery of content
13. Working on multiple projects concurrently, balancing time constraints whilst maintaining quality
14. Encoding, converting and editing videos and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics
15. Assist in the creation of animation storyboards
