Senior Associate – Financial Management Group Systems Job For 0-1 Year Exp In Macquarie Group Gurgaon / Gurugram, India – 3897827

Our Financial Management Group Systems team is an integral part of Macquarie’s Financial Management Group and ensures all technology systems used by the Finance Operations team continue to deliver the outcomes expected. The team provides a variety of services like business analysis, change delivery, incident management, technology initiatives, relationship management and automation’s delivery and it partners across numerous operation teams to enable delivery of a variety of projects and initiatives.
We are now looking for freshly graduated and enthusiastic technology professionals who want to be a part of our growing organisation. In this inclusive and supportive team your key roles and responsibility will be to collaborate with the Financial Management Group function teams to elicit requirements and coordinate delivery. You’ll design and develop automation solutions as per requirements and bring outside thinking and share ideas of the latest industry trends in data and automations. You are also expected to provide active support to critical finance processes as per schedule and actively cross train and learn new skills and platforms to add value to team’s skill set.
To be successful in this you will have 0-1 years of experience in software delivery or related industry experience and a Bachelors in Engineering or Technology or a Masters in Computer Applications in Computer Science, Information Technology or any software related field. You’ll have very strong knowledge of SQL and conceptual knowledge of software development concepts. Good knowledge of any programming language like Python, C, C++, Java and DOT NET will be an added advantage. It is also desirable that you have knowledge of automation, ETL and visualization tools along with very good communication and collaboration skills.
