The core objective of this role is to oversee day-to-day production, enhance collection processes using technology and ensure key metrics such as quality, timeliness and completeness are met. The Team Leader is also is responsible for talent development, performance management, collaborating with global peers on common goals and best practice sharing.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING
. Team Management- planning goals, workload and organizing the work for team members (running regular 1:1s, team meetings), managing talent and underperformance, cooperation with HR if required
. Customer service- responsibility for delivering on Service targets, acting as a point of escalation for internal and external queries
. Quality Assurance- responsibility for delivering on Quality and Timeliness metrics of the team, month-on-month reporting, cooperation with Quality & Service team on identifying RCAs, implementation of improvement plans
. Team development- identification of opportunities for process improvement, enhancing scope of coverage to meet business requirements while taking care of individual development of team members, talent management
. Stakeholders management- representing the team in broader Corporate Disclosures community (ESG and Equity filings), leading relations with Service and Quality teams, Contributor Relations Executives, Dev team agreeing on team’s immediate and long-term priorities
. May be consulted on to help determine scope and resource requirements for content enhancements or new builds of Content coverage
. Required to work closely with the manager, development teams and the content management teams to deliver any enhancements / automations within the team
. Support and back-up for production activities, conducting quality assurance processes as required

. Manage day-to-day operations of a Corporate Disclosures team
. Drive performance to ensure business objectives and key metrics are met
. Build lasting relationships between yourself and analysts in your team
. Support continuous development of direct reports
. Proactively contribute ideas or actions to drive improvements in the process
. Identify and recruit the right talent required for roles within the Team
. Lead or deliver key projects to improve efficiencies in the process and/or to improve customer experience
. Work together with colleagues from Manila and Bangalore
