The Business Analysts would be in charge of managing the Atlas 2 Comptencyteam and would act as a bridge between Finance & Risk departments and Application Support & Development teams. In this position, the analyst understands the issues / requirements raised by users, helps the team to analyse it functionally & technically and co-ordinates with different application support and development teams to provide a resolution.

- Manage, analyze and implement requirements from users for parameterization, scheduling and analysis.
- Address user queries and issues on functional topics and coordination on integrated technical topics.
- Coordinate monthly and quarterly close processes between Finance and IT teams.
- Planning and coordinating with stakeholders for implementing changes.
- Testing:
- Perform functional, integration, regression and systems testing where there is a change in the upstream systems along with standardized the testing process and documentation
- Implementation
- Co-ordinate with the stakeholders to obtain approvals and sign off on the change
- Develop implementation plans with Finance Users and IT
- Provide post implementation support including troubleshooting, track business process changes etc.
Contributing Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the team to ensure administration, reporting, resiliency, etc.
- Collaborate with Global Finance, Risk users and the BA and IT community to improve processes
- Contribute to innovation & change
