Job Description:
AWS APJ Commercial Sales (CS) org is looking for a dynamic HR leader to drive strategic HR programs. An ideal candidate is someone with expertise in area of Talent Management, Analytics and Intervention design to manage and implement strategic initiatives/projects and enable CS HRBPs with data analytics and insight. As a Program Manager , you’ll be responsible for owning and managing the HR scope in AWS-specific HR initiatives, hot topics, big bets, mechanisms, cadences, data metrics & analytics, documents (business reviews, organization review documents, staff meeting minutes, etc.), process improvement programs and projects, and overall HR Leadership team projects and programs support. This role has direct partnership with AWS HR organizations and COEs, but also partners extremely closely with the AWS business and Amazon’s central HR. Specific initiatives will include but not limit to driving strategic workforce planning, mechanism to drive of HR strategic goals, Culture and Talent Management flagship programs, Talent retention programs and initiatives to drive HR team operational effectiveness. As a data specialist, this individual will establish reporting dashboard and metrics, provide the data analytics work in enabling HRBP to make strong people decision, provide the data insight and interpretation and provide the recommendation for improvement areas if any. The ideal candidate:

Basic Qualifications :
. 8-10 years of experience of which 4 years in Program Management or Fast paced consulting organization with experience of interacting with customers, scoping projects and delivering Talent Programs.
. Strong across-the-board functional HR knowledge including compensation/total rewards, talent management, performance management, compliance, and organization design and development
. System thinking and strong analytical skills can not only work with data but can identity root causes, recognize patterns, and solve problems.
. Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
. Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative
. Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills high quality document and report preparation
. Proven ability to prioritize tasks and to organize workload to assure that short timelines are met while having frequent interruptions
. Proven ability to successfully work as a team member and to build and maintain a positive work environment across the network
