  • Review and approve quoted prices based on the guidelines with accountability for attaining price appreciation and profitability targets
  • Work with the Crouse-Hinds strategic team to execute ‘Crouse-Hinds pricing strategy and tactical price plans
  • Extract, consolidate and utilize the data for execution of pricing reports and analysis
  • Develop an understanding of variable aspects of pricing across the region by geographic, customer type, products, market/application, or other defined parameters.
  • Learn and apply knowledge of Crouse – Hinds products, customers, prices, and processes in taking continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectivity of the processes

This exciting role offers opportunity to:

  • Work with Crouse-Hinds team to support region(s) price operations including daily analysis, review and approval of quoted product pricing
  • Prepare and update SOP, reports and ensure processes and policies are adhered to and objectives are being realized
  • Utilize and follow a consistent methodology for analyzing and reviewing quoted pricing, providing approval and feedback on quotes in a timely manner that meets the service level targets of the organization
  • Perform and assist in pricing analysis as needed that aids in managing price, overall profitability and execution of growth strategies
  • Ad hoc pricing analysis and reporting, as required

Qualifications

    1. 1 to 3 years of pricing experience. Preferably in Manufacturing industry
    2. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce, Economics.
    3. Working knowledge of Process Improvement tools and methodologies
    4. Good organizational and time management skills, strong analytical skills and the inter-personal skills to interact with all levels of management.
    5. Highly motivated individual with excellent oral and written communication skills.
    6. Technical proficiency in following areas is required:
      1. MS – Office suite, should be very proficient with MS- Excel
      2. Experience of working on BI tools like OBIEE, Cognos, SAP, CPQ is an added advantage.
