Job Description:
· Understanding of Application performance monitoring requirements
· Installation of Dynatrace SaaS (oneagents)
· Configure Dynatrace for monitoring requirements of Application, Network, Database, Synthetic, Real User Experience, Business journey monitoring.
· Integration with MoM / ticketing tool using Python
· Dashboards creation for Business, Operations and Delivery
· Understanding of ITIL processes to support Operations activities
· Root cause analysis for production incidents
· Identify monitoring gaps and provide solutions
· Service improvements, daily health checks and reporting
