Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for all web based application developments within the organisation.
Build & maintain internal/external Web-facing applications.
To design, develop, maintain and enhance web applications according to the specifications provided as well as contribute to the spec itself wearing the technology hat
Architect, structure & amp; standardise the web application development frameworks and methodologies
Decide on the technology stacks and technology roadmap of all web applications.
Ensure elegant and modern web implementations which are user friendly. Design, develop and maintain websites.
Understand modern web User Experiences and bring in the same within the organisations projects.
Responsible for detailed Web UI documentation.
Manage and meet schedules of complete application development from development to QA to go live.
Lead, coach, direct & amp; guide a team of web development engineers for successfully delivering on their jobs
Lead the team in adopting professional development methodologies like writing Unit tests for their client-side web application projects.
Coordinate across teams to ensure that the web based applications are in line with other inter-dependent products
Wear the hat of the web applications tech guy at high level meetings
Taking responsibility and ownership of the entire team’s work.
Eligibility

Past experience of building a multitude of different types of web/mobile web applications
Ability to learn, develop and adapt is the most important attribute.
Should have built production grade high performant web apps.
Working experience in Nodejs.
Mastery of HTML, HTML5 CSS, CSS3 JavaScript, jQuery, jQueryUI, jQueryMobile etc.
Good working knowledge in MVC, MVVC, MVVM.
Work Experience in Javascript/TypeScript, Angular or React.
Past experience of Vue.js would be a plus.
Strong understanding of UI, and usability.
Strong with back-end technologies such as Node.js, MongoDB,
Good knowledge of APIs.
Experience of redeploying running applications on AWS.
Minimum 5 years of experience working in web and mobile-web field (Responsive design & development).
Should have exhibited team work in the past roles
B. Tech/BS/BE/BS/MS/M. Tech/MS in Electronics or Computer Science from a premier institute in India (IITs, BITS, NITs, etc) or abroad.
Minimum 5 years of Work Experience as full stack Developer.
Should be a fast learner and a self-starter, open to learning new tools.
Must possess excellent communication (both verbal & amp; written), documentation skills.
Flexible and adaptable to change and ability to multitask.
Should be able to prioritize their own workload to meet personal and team objectives.
Good interpersonal skills with a clear ability to work effectively to fully understand customer requirements.
Focused on the timely delivery of accurate results.
